Mary Howie is an attorney who practices in elder law and estate planning in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, holding a masters degree in business administration and finance. She is also certified with the Veterans Administration to assist clients through the process of qualifying for VA benefits.

Charles H. Balanoff is a graduate of Merrimack College and has completed training for insurance and investments. He is a licensed Insurance Producer in New Hampshire and Massachusetts which includes life, annuity and long-term care insurance products.

His areas of practice include life insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities as they apply to Medicaid and Veterans Administration planning, IRA’s and retirement income.
